About
Tinderm is a swipe-based app for dermatologists to rapidly triage skin lesion images –classify as benign, biopsy, or share with colleagues – with batch review and blind crosscheck for safety.
Tinderm is a web-based swipe interface for dermatologists to rapidly review skin lesion images. Clinicians review batches of 20 at a time, swiping right for benign, left for biopsy, or up to share with a colleague. Each image can be tapped to view a context card with demographics, comorbidities, lesion site, family history, and previous skin cancers. At the end of each batch, users can review and edit their decisions before confirming.
To enhance safety, Tinderm includes a blind crosscheck system, where selected images from one clinician’s batch are silently shown in another clinician’s batch, ensuring high-risk or uncertain cases are double-reviewed without slowing workflow. The platform also uses weighted repetition to surface underrepresented groups and complex cases, creating a richer, safer, and more equitable review process.
