About

Find My Jabs is a website for people to check their vaccination status, comparing it with national guidelines, and find out how to access records or catch up on missing vaccines.

Find My Jabs is a simple web tool designed to help people check their vaccination status. We built our demo with a focus on students preparing for university check their vaccination status and understand what they might be missing. Many people don’t know their vaccination history, how to access their NHS record, or what vaccines are recommended for their age, especially if they’ve moved around or are new to the UK.

The tool guides users through a step-by-step journey. They can enter their NHS number to access their record, or, if they don’t have one, they’re directed to find it or register with a GP. Once they’ve accessed their record, they can confirm whether it looks complete, upload any additional information, or get guidance on where to find missing records. Their vaccination history is then compared against national guidelines, and the tool highlights any gaps and what they may need to catch up on. It also signposts users to their GP for further advice and next steps.

Overall, the aim is to make a confusing and fragmented process much easier to navigate, and to help people feel more confident that they are up to date on their vaccinations.
